Weekly TCLE Catch Up!

Friday 4/24/26

This week TCLE implemented a new process for PCP Reviews. Each PCP is reviewed at least twice a year to ensure individuals receiving services are working on and making progress on their goals. This review is usually completed by using data from daily documentation completed by DSP staff. Earlier this year TCLE decided to hold in person meetings with the person whose PCP was being reviewed for at least one review.

During the meeting topics such as knowing and understanding goals; rights; dignity and respect; safe environments; staff; resources, and leadership were all discussed. What we learned from this first group of meetings is that TCLE is privileged to support some very well informed, happy individuals who are living their best life.  Some of the highlights are below.

  Enjoy your weekend!
