Employment Services are designed to provide support to anyone interested in employment in the community. The Center for Life Enrichment offers vocational training and support while focusing on each individual’s specific interests, aptitude, ability level, and employable skills.
Jobs in a Competitive Market:
TCLE assists individuals with obtaining and maintaining jobs in the community. Positions held include food service, custodial, data entry, stocking, and customer service.
Individuals are assisted with all aspects of the job search and interview process through one-on-one training with employment staff. Job training/coaching begins intensively and fades as the person becomes independent in their job. Regular check-ins, including face to face meetings, take place for as long as the person is employed.
Job Development
Individual abilities, skill levels, and interests are assessed. The job seeker is matched with jobs that fit their criteria. Employment staff assist in the job application and interview process.
Ongoing Supports
Employment staff work on-site with the person to train them in all functions of their job. Employment staff provide support until the person can work independently.
Follow Along
Employment services work with the individual to promote continued employment and advancement. Individuals supported by TCLE are offered ongoing employment training, management, mediation, and on-site training to improve skills and maintain employment.
