We pride ourselves on being able to provide quality services to the individuals we serve. There are five key areas in which The Center for Life Enrichment succeeds.
Competitive Employment
Individuals work with one of TCLE's Community Employment Specialists to develop their professional skillset and explore work opportunities. Individuals with a job in the community are provided onsite and offsite job coaching. We also assist individuals in reading, speech development, and math.
Goal-Driven Activities
Direct Support Professionals work with individuals in group and 1-on-1 settings to discover personal goals relating to employment, volunteering, communication, health, behaviors, and more. TCLE encourages self-advocacy by allowing individuals to create their own calendar with these goals in mind.
Transportation
Transportation is tailored to meet individual needs. We provide transportation to and from all programming activities. Transportation assistance is also offered for employment, medical appointments, special meetings, and other needs as they arise.
Flexibility
We provide flexible schedules to meet the ever changing needs of the individuals we serve. Our offering of services allows for the necessary supports to individuals undergoing employment changes or requiring additional services such as PT, OT, speech, and individual counseling.
Socialization
TCLE provides an opportunity for individuals to enhance their communication skills with peers, community members, and staff. Individuals are provided with recreational activities outside the facility regularly. Individuals participate in trips to museums, picnics, and enjoy various other community-based activities.
