Participant Feedback
Please print, complete, and return the Interests Quiz to TCLE. This quiz will ask you about your general interests. There are a variety of jobs all over the world that are suited for all types of people. Sometimes it can be difficult to decide what type of job you should look for and apply for. Everybody has certain hobbies and activities that they like to do regularly. To help you choose the type of the job you may be interested in, you can take the Interests Quiz.
Supported Employment:
Supported Employment Program:
The supported employment program is designed to provide an employment support system with the primary goal of individual placement in the community.
Community Development Services (CDS):
These are small groups that are staffed so that individuals can experience vocational training and skill development within our community. CDS groups help each individual learn essential employment skills as well as tasks that are specific to each location.
Day Habilitation Services:
Individuals can access opportunities for interpersonal and vocational development, employment skills, education and self-help. Communication, socialization, health, and personal growth are the foundation of the program.
Personal Supports (PS):
The Center for Life Enrichment offers the opportunity for both the individual and the family to be supported in their home as well as in the community.
Quality Assurance
Virtual Services Survey:
COVID-19 DSP Survey:
The Institute on Community Integration University of Minnesota conducted a Direct Support Professional (DSP) COVID-19 survey in April. They are doing a six-month and eventually, a 12-month follow-up survey. Here are the results from the first survey where the voices of nearly 10,000 DSPs from across the country were heard. DSPs face a high risk of infection during the coronavirus pandemic. They also face financial hardship, exhaustion, and challenges in supporting their families. The Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota, in partnership with the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals, is conducting a survey on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on DSPs. After more than eight months since a national emergency was declared, they want to know how DSPs are doing and identify the most effective ways to protect DSPs and the people they support.
DSPs can complete the survey HERE. Their answers will be anonymous. National and state-specific results from the survey will be shared widely in March 2021.
Attention TCLE families/participants receiving ISS or PS services:
Please take this short satisfaction survey and let TCLE know how we are doing! We appreciate your feedback!
